CAMECA, part of AMETEK, seeks a Lean Manufacturing Manager to define, deploy and embed a Lean culture across its Îlede-France operations. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, develop the Cameca Production System and align with AMETEK’s operational excellence standards.

You will lead Lean projects (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED), optimize costs and lead data-driven performance management on the shop floor; English at B2 and 15% travel are required.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing and Toyota Production System.
• Knowledge of Lean tools (VSM, Kaizen, 5S, SMED, Kanban…).
• Strong understanding of industrial production systems.
• Analytical, structured and data-driven mindset.
• Shopfloor orientation (gemba) with hands-on leadership.
• Excellent communication and influence-based leadership.
• B2 level English is required.
• Travel nationally & international up to 15%.

Responsabilités

• Define and deploy the Lean roadmap in alignment with the industrial strategy.
• Lead development of the Cameca Production System with AMETEK Operational Excellence.
• Drive structured improvement initiatives (Kaizen, VSM, SMED, standard work).
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement at all levels of the organization.
• Launch and manage productivity improvement projects (labor, flow, capacity).
• Optimize manufacturing costs and enhance overall performance.
• Implement and monitor Lean KPIs (OEE, lead time, etc.).
• Benchmark internal and external performance across group peers.
• Analyze and optimize physical and information flows (VSM, pull systems).
• Improve layouts and shopfloor organization; contribute to industrialization of Lean.
• Deploy visual management and shopfloor performance routines; train teams.
