Orakl Oncology is building a fast-growing team and seeks a seasoned HR administrator and payroll coordinator in France. You will manage the employee lifecycle, coordinate payroll with external partners, and ensure HR processes scale with rapid headcount growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years in HR administration and payroll coordination.
• Ability to drive People projects across talent acquisition, management, engagement, and culture.
• Experience with multiple HR/payroll software (Lucca, Silae, PayFit, SAP, ADP, Workday).
• Strong knowledge of French payroll and administrative HR processes (contracts, benefits).
• Working knowledge of French employment law fundamentals.
• Exceptional rigor, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in English and French; autonomous execution.

Responsabilités

• Manage the complete employee lifecycle: drafting contracts, onboarding, amendments, and off-boarding.
• Coordinate monthly payroll end-to-end in partnership with external providers.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting; document scalable processes.
• Monitor legal obligations, flag compliance risks, and track updates to accords.
• Support Talent Acquisition and Talent Management initiatives with the Head of People.
