Pliant is hiring a Solution Sales Consultant (m/f/d) to join our go-to-market team in a hybrid role across Berlin, London, Paris or Lisbon. You will drive the implementation path to first spend, support pre-sales for complex deals, and independently resolve blockers with cross-team collaboration.

He/she will own client relationships end-to-end on the non-technical side while coordinating with engineers for highly technical topics.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing revenue role in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS.
• Fluent in English; French or Spanish preferred for growth markets.
• Experience with implementation/onboarding playbooks is a plus.
• Ability to own client relationships end-to-end without a technical co-pilot.

Responsabilités

• Own the path to first spend for large clients from signed deal to go-live.
• Support pre-sales for complex deals to speed up closures.
• Resolve blockers independently, including API or integration questions.
• Collaborate with Solution Engineering to ensure fast handoffs.
• Provide feedback to Sales and Product on field patterns and friction.
