Pliant, a European fintech, is hiring a Sales Solutions Consultant (m/f/d) to join our go-to-market team. You will own large client relationships end-to-end, drive pre-sales and onboarding, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to remove blockers and accelerate first spend.

Based in Europe with a hybrid setup, this role requires strong API knowledge, cross-team collaboration, and the ability to translate technical concepts for clients while navigating travel-industry

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing revenue role in fintech/payments or B2B SaaS.
• Ability to own client relationships without a technical co-pilot.
• Experience designing integration concepts with engineers (APIs, SFTP, data mapping).
• Fluent in English; French or Spanish preferred given growth markets.
• Experience with onboarding playbooks is a plus.
• Prior exposure to travel industry is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the path to first spend for large clients from signed deal to go-live and own onboarding processes.
• Support pre-sales for complex deals with the sales team to speed up the process.
• Resolve blockers—UX questions, product guidance, configuration issues.
• Coordinate with Technical Solution Engineering for fast handoffs and shared metrics.
• Develop SOPs with Solution Engineering for technical blockers and customer support.
• Provide loop-back to Sales and Product on field feedback about onboarding and product friction.
• Within 30 days, gain strong understanding of Pliant's product and API model to translate for clients.
