Synapsco is seeking a PMO Procurement Lead in Paris, responsible for managing procurement activities and overseeing project procurement processes. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least 4 years of experience in Oil & Gas procurement.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English and French, possesses strong negotiation skills, and excels in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of experience with procurement in Oil & Gas.
• In-depth knowledge of the piping and structural O&G material.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Support/coach the Project team on procurement methodology.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement.
• Execute all procurement activities and manage procurement budgets.
• Continuously evaluate and improve procurement processes.
