IOTA Group invites applications for a Senior Technical Contract Engineer Services in France, with the role based in France and potential rotation to Basra. You will manage high-value contracts, oversee 4-in-1 project governance, and drive cost optimization while ensuring strict compliance with internal and external policies.

The position requires strong English, and French/Arabic is a plus. Expect a resident schedule, 12 months + extension, and a challenging environment supporting global energy

Competenze

• English (required) and French/Arabic (Nice to have).
• Diploma: BAC+5 or recognized equivalence.

Mansioni

• Contract Establishment and Management: Organise technical services contract activities for the RATAWI Hub Affiliate and manage C&P contract activities.
• Duet/Triplet Management: Support meetings with partner entities and technical managers; assist procurement planning.
• Compliance & H3SE: Ensure compliance with company policies, ethics, transparency and H3SE rules; monitor processes and documentation.
• C&P Competencies: Procurement sourcing, SAP management, contract management, and cost optimization; lead complex negotiations during award and management stages.

Formazione

BAC+5 or equivalent in relevant field
