Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma BAC+5 or recognized equivalence.
• 12+ years in the oil and gas industry with minimum 9 years in contracts.
• English required; French / Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Service Purchases & Contracting processes for TAS services for Expats and Local requirements.
• Lead contract establishment processes and C&P activities with partner entities.
• Drive cost optimization via market intelligence, supplier evaluations and cost models.
• Organize and lead contracts committee presentations and master procurement planning.
• Ensure governance, compliance and ethics per internal policies and applicable laws.
• Oversee team workload, competencies and recruitment for C&P activities.
• Ensure H3SE compliance and proper documentation in contracts and procurement.
