Established Search is supporting an international manufacturer in appointing a Sourcing Manager to lead site procurement at a European Centre of Excellence, combining R&D, industrialisation and manufacturing. The role oversees 4–6 staff and interfaces with Operations, Engineering, Quality, R&D and Finance.

The successful candidate will drive supplier negotiations, cost reductions and procurement initiatives, while balancing strategic and hands-on leadership and coordinating cross-border projects

Qualifications

• Significant sourcing/procurement experience within manufacturing.
• Previous team leadership experience.
• Strong supplier negotiation and cost-management capabilities.
• Experience working alongside manufacturing and technical functions.
• Exposure to NPI, supplier development or sourcing projects.
• The ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.
• Fluent French and strong professional English.

Responsabilités

• Lead procurement activity at site level and contribute to international sourcing projects.
• Lead, develop and challenge the local sourcing team.
• Manage supplier negotiations, cost reduction and sourcing initiatives.
• Improve supplier performance and mitigate supply risk.
• Support new product introduction and industrialisation projects.
• Manage supplier transitions and outsourced manufacturing activities.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Quality, R&D and Finance.
• Bring structure, accountability and pace to the sourcing function.
• Contribute to wider European and international procurement projects.
