Job summary

Bigblue is seeking a Legal Manager to own contract validation across merchant, 3PL and fulfillment agreements. You will advise teams during negotiations, contribute to template improvements, and coordinate external/local counsel to protect Bigblue’s interests while enabling rapid growth.

The role blends operational oversight with strategic risk management, ensuring templates reflect evolving products, markets and pricing while maintaining strong business partnerships across Sales, Partnerships,

Qualifications

• Min 5+ years in commercial legal, business law, contract management or similar (in-house preferred).
• Strong experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
• Ability to lead commercial negotiations on sales contracts.
• Balanced business pragmatism with legal protections and speed.
• Ability to develop templates, playbooks and FAQs for scalable reviews.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze and validate contracts before signature.
• Draft, review and negotiate merchant, 3PL and fulfillment agreements.
• Manage existing merchant disputes, renewals and churn negotiations.
• Maintain and improve standard templates, playbooks and FAQs.
• Partner with Sales, Partnerships, RevOps, Finance and Operations to integrate legal steps into workflows.
