Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Area LCL, FCL & CRM Business Development Manager to strengthen the product and commercial performance of our LCL, FCL and CRM (Insurance) portfolio across South West Europe. You will build and enhance product awareness, and support sales teams while building a strong business pipeline to drive growth and customer success.

The role is based at Maersk offices in Lille, Le Havre, Paris, or Marseille.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain products (LCL, FCL, Insurance).
• Commercial mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in sales, business development or product management in logistics.

Responsibilities

• Strategic planning, marketing and lifecycle management of the product.
• Define product vision, roadmaps, and coordinate cross-functional launches.
• Promote product value with sales teams and train on LCL, FCL, CRM.
• Develop and manage the sales pipeline across the Area.
• Improve win ratios and support onboarding of new customers.
