Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Area LCL, FCL & CRM Business Development Manager to strengthen the product and commercial performance of our LCL, FCL and CRM (Insurance) portfolio across South West Europe. You will build product awareness and support sales teams while developing a strong pipeline.

Based in Lille, Le Havre, Paris or Marseille, you will coordinate across cross-functional teams, drive launches, and enable growth on focused lanes and segments.

Qualifications

• Understanding of LCL, FCL and insurance products.
• Experience in logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.
• Native French and fluent English required; Spanish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for LCL, FCL and CRM.
• Collaborate with sales teams to grow pipeline and revenue.
