Job summary

Transatel is seeking a results-driven enterprise sales professional to lead growth across international markets, focusing on Iberia, Italy and selected Balkans. You will align technical and business stakeholders on global connectivity projects, and drive multi-country rollouts with routing, security and analytics services.

The role involves building a robust pipeline, running pilots, and converting them into long-term contracts, with fixed salary plus bonuses and profit-sharing options.

Qualifications

3–6 years of B2B solution sales in IoT, telco, connectivity, SaaS, edge/embedded.
Evidence of winning consultative deals with technical and commercial stakeholders.
Fluency in English and Italian or Spanish (third language a plus).
Curiosity for cellular tech (eSIM, LTE M/NB IoT, private LTE/5G).

Responsibilities

Build, progress and forecast a healthy pipeline in Pipedrive and orchestrate outreach campaigns.
Run POCs with Presales; structure commercial proposals; negotiate and close multi-year agreements.
Partner with Marketing on ABM plays; with Product on feedback; with Delivery/Support on launches.
Close mid to large, multi-year connectivity programs, starting from pilots.
