Exotec is seeking an Integrator Performance Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team supporting integrators in the US region. You will enhance integrator autonomy through documentation and training, manage incidents, and ensure on-site audits and compliance.

You will coordinate diverse teams across logistics, engineering and software to guarantee timely deployments, while driving continuous improvement and strong stakeholder satisfaction in a rapidly growing international company.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, robotics or warehouse automation.
• Approximately 5–7 years in logistics, automation or deployment/maintenance management.
• Full professional proficiency in English; French is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary integrator contact, addressing concerns and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and installation.
• Lead deployment and maintenance phases with emphasis on safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor teams on new systems and processes; manage budgets and resources.
