JSP is seeking a Process Integration Project Leader to join the EMEA Process Engineering team at our Estrées Saint Denis plant. Reporting to the Process Manager, you will optimize production processes, drive innovative technology, and support the rollout of automated equipment across Europe.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations and customers, lead projects, travel regularly, and contribute to reducing environmental impact while maintaining product quality.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in process or manufacturing engineering.
• Knowledge of technologies for processing polyolefin materials.
• Ability and motivation to develop programs using Python, SQL databases and industrial PLC languages.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to work in an international environment.

Responsabilités

• Optimize processes to improve product quality and production efficiency.
• Develop and implement innovative technology to support company growth and market needs.
• Support rollout of JSP automated equipment across Europe, including FAT, SOP and troubleshooting.
• Reduce environmental impact of the production site (CO2, energy and water).
• Lead projects and be accountable for outcomes.
• Conduct on-field work with process equipment to troubleshoot and enhance operations.
• Act as technical link between cross-functional colleagues and customers to ensure efficient production.
