SailPoint is seeking an Account Executive to sell our Identity Security Solution, leading a virtual team of partners, presales, and customer success to win deals.

You will present the value of SailPoint against Microsoft, Okta, and Saviynt, ensuring a superior customer experience from discovery calls to close, and coordinating with leadership to refine sales strategy.

The base salary range is €69,100–€104,622.00 with potential bonuses and equity, and travel up to 50 percent annually.

Qualificações

• Preferred but not required: Bachelor's degree or global equivalent in an IT, business or sales related field.
• Experience in enterprise software sales and engaging C-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and discovery-call skills.

Responsabilidades

• Exceed revenue quota goals on a quarterly and yearly basis.
• Address customer and partner inquiries with accurate information and tailored solutions.
• Develop business plans aligned to your territory.
• Engage with customers and partners to maintain high levels of service.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute plans with partners and end users.
• Pursue leads and ensure internal systems are updated.
• Lead technical resources to demonstrate SailPoint's advantages.
• Follow up with customers with post-sale coverage and new opportunities.
• Own and oversee all aspects of the sales cycle from qualification to closing.
• Understand territory dynamics and competitive positioning.
• Communicate product and strategic directions across stakeholders.
• Use Salesforce and other tools to forecast and track progress.
