Geely France is seeking an HR Business Partner capable of partnering with senior leaders to drive rapid growth in a startup-like, fast-paced environment across France. This role blends strategic HR partnership with hands-on generalist duties to build an agile people function.

You will manage recruitment, employee relations, compensation coordination, and development programs while ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Fluent English and French are required; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of local labor laws and HR compliance.
• At least 10 years HR experience, ability to work independently in a stand-alone role.
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory; Chinese is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment in France and build employer branding and talent pipelines.
• Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
• Guide compensation practices and payroll coordination in collaboration with external providers.
• Support performance development and training aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate visa applications and external partnerships; support local operations with HQ.
