Job summary

Geely Auto France is seeking an HR Business Partner to work closely with business leaders, delivering strategic HR partnership alongside hands-on HR generalist support in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment (including Spain), manage employee relations and local compliance, oversee payroll vendor relationships, support performance and development initiatives, and coordinate visa and admin tasks with external partners and HQ teams.

Qualifications

• Education in HR or related field.
• Solid knowledge of local labor law and HR compliance.
• 10+ years of HR experience in a stand-alone role is a strong plus.
• Excellent English and French required; Chinese is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to travel within Europe occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions aligned with company goals; manage end-to-end recruitment (including Spain).
• Serve as the first point of contact for HR matters, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and coordinating with authorities and stakeholders.
• Oversee payroll vendor relationships, ensuring accurate and timely payroll; advise on benchmarking and internal equity.
• Support development of performance frameworks and training activities aligned with business priorities.
• Coordinate with external partners on visa applications, supplier management, and other local administrative needs; align with HQ teams for local operations.
