Wakam is seeking an HR Business Partner to partner with leaders across Tech, Data and Underwriting in France. You will drive strategic HR initiatives, support organisational change and lead talent development and compensation processes.

Qualifications

• You have several years of experience as an HRBP in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
• Strong knowledge of French employment law and Labour regulations.
• Experience in talent management, career development and succession planning.
• Proven leadership coaching and change management capabilities.
• Ability to analyse people data using Excel and drive actionable insights.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Tech, Data and Underwriting leaders to align people priorities with business goals.
• Coach managers on leadership, performance, and employee development.
• Oversee compensation processes and salary decision support in line with policy.
• Lead organisational design, workforce planning and internal mobility initiatives.
• Identify AI and automation opportunities to improve HR processes and efficiency.
