Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Employment Law, Industrial Relations, Organizational Psychology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic HR partner to managers on employee relations, performance management, workplace concerns, and people-related matters.
• Support managers in handling sensitive employee situations and complex workforce issues.
• Promote positive employee relations and foster a culture of trust, engagement, and collaboration.
• Lead and coordinate disciplinary procedures, investigations, and corrective actions in line with legal requirements.
• Prepare and facilitate meetings with employee representative groups and workforce committees.
• Support collective bargaining activities, labor negotiations, and employee consultations.
• Ensure proper application and interpretation of employment legislation and workplace regulations.
• Coordinate employment-related legal matters with external advisors when required.
• Oversee working time regulations, attendance policies, and workforce management processes.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation, records, and reporting.
• Lead, coach, and develop HR team members, fostering accountability and growth.
