In a complex matrix organisation, you will drive compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement of HR processes, while balancing priorities and delivering a high-quality experience for leaders and teams.

Qualifications

• Experience advising and influencing decision making on HR matters.
• Knowledge of French employment law and regulatory practices.
• Ability to manage multiple HR activities with attention to detail.
• Experience in large, matrix organisations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités
