Ascendance is seeking a Strategy & Partnerships Director to help define and execute the growth strategy, support the CEO on fundraising and international expansion, and lead cross‑functional strategic initiatives.

As a trusted executive partner, you will drive value for shareholders and strategic partners, shape product portfolio strategy, and oversee IP and asset strategy across a dynamic, innovation‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience in an industrial aerospace environment.
• Demonstrated success in strategy and international business development.
• Exposure to investor community and Board‑level interactions.
• Proven ability to drive growth in a complex, fast‑paced, and highly innovative environment.
• Proven experience in startup, scale‑up, or investment fund environment would be a plus.

Responsabilités

• Co-develop with ExCom the long-term vision and growth strategy.
• Identify new growth and value creation opportunities.
• Lead and coordinate major strategic initiatives.
• Ensure cross-functional alignment across the organization.
• Drive the execution of key strategic decisions and transformation projects.
• Lead fundraising and financing initiatives and update the business plan with the CFO.
• Monitor external growth opportunities and evaluate strategic investments.
• Structure and negotiate strategic partnerships and international expansion projects.
• Define product portfolio strategy and drive lifecycle evolution to maximize value.
