AllStrat is a specialized firm in the defense and security sector with a unique expertise in strategic asset financing, government relations, and growth capital investment. We invest through dedicated funds and bespoke investment vehicles (SPVs), supporting European companies operating in sectors critical to sovereignty.

We leverage a trusted network across financial institutions, industrial leaders, and public authorities to identify proprietary deal flow and create long-term value for our portfolio companies.

As part of our expansion and the launch of our first thematic fund, we are looking for a Managing Director (MD) to join our investment team.

Equity partnership (Partner) opportunities may be considered depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

As MD, you will be a core member of the investment team, actively contributing to deal origination, execution, and portfolio management:

1. Investment origination & development of sector theses
2. Transaction execution
3. Portfolio monitoring & value creation
4. Internal structuring & team leadership
5. Fundraising support

Profile

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience, including at least 6 in Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Growth Equity
• A proven track record in industrial and/or deeptech sectors
• Strong knowledge of defense, security, or dual-use technologies is a major plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset appreciated

• Fluent English required; another European language is a plus
