Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in strategy, M&A, investment banking, VC/PE, or top-tier consulting.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems, synthesize ambiguity, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience in corporate transactions and investor-facing strategy.
• Deep tech exposure (quantum, HPC, semiconductors, or adjacent verticals) is a strong plus.
• Curiosity, grit, and a willingness to dive deep into unfamiliar terrain.

• Lead IQM’s strategic planning process.
• Drive corporate development work: sourcing partnerships and M&A targets.
• Partner with leadership on strategic projects across functions.
• Support capital markets and investor relation efforts.
