Brink's France seeks an FP&A Lead to drive central FP&A activities and transform the Finance function. You will oversee financial reporting, procurement performance, and digitalization of FP&A tools, acting as a strategic business partner to Finance, Procurement, Operations, and the Executive Leadership team.

Responsibilities include consolidating results, coordinating closings, leading forecast/budget cycles, and steering reporting modernization with Power BI, ServiceNow, and data connectors.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Master’s degree in Finance or related field and 8–12 years FP&A/Management Control experience.
• Strong ability to lead FP&A transformation, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven track record in financial storytelling and executive reporting.

Responsabilités

• Oversee consolidation of financial results and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Lead Forecast and Budget cycles for France, regional cost centers, and procurement.
• Automate recurring reporting using Power BI and other data connectors.
• Partner with executives to provide risk assessments, insights, and strategic planning.
• Develop and maintain FP&A data and process governance frameworks.
• Lead and mentor the FP&A team and strengthen executive communication.
