Brink's Incorporated is seeking a Senior FP&A Lead to partner with the Northern Europe CEO and CFO, coordinating budgeting, forecasting and performance management across eight countries. You will drive strategic insights and financial planning, aligning regional priorities with corporate objectives.

The role emphasizes leadership through influence, robust stakeholder engagement, and delivering executive-level reporting and dashboards. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years FP&A, Controlling or Finance partnering in an international/matrix setup.
• Experience in complex multi-site environments is preferred.
• Strong planning, performance management and business partnering capabilities.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Lead the 8-country annual budget, strategic plans and multi-year business plans.
• Support monthly forecasting, risks/opportunities and corrective actions.
• Deliver high-quality reporting, dashboards and variance analyses for executives.
• Provide insights on financial and operational drivers and trends.
• Coordinate MBRS/QBRs and performance reviews with FP&A leaders.
• Partner with Country FDs and leadership on priorities and investments.
