Brink's France seeks an FP&A Lead to drive central FP&A activities and transform the Finance function. You will oversee financial reporting, procurement performance, and digitalization of FP&A tools, acting as a strategic business partner to Finance, Procurement, Operations, and the Executive Leadership team.

Responsibilities include consolidating results, coordinating closings, leading forecast/budget cycles, and steering reporting modernization with Power BI, ServiceNow, and data connectors.

Qualifications

• This role requires a Master’s degree in Finance or related field and 8–12 years FP&A/Management Control experience.
• Strong ability to lead FP&A transformation, with cross-functional collaboration.
• Proven track record in financial storytelling and executive reporting.

We are currently looking for our FP&A Lead

Reporting to the FP&A Director within the Management Control organization, the FP&A Lead drives all central FP&A activities and plays a key role in the transformation of the Finance function.

The role oversees financial reporting, procurement performance management, FP&A process digitalization, and modernization of finance tools and reporting.

The FP&A Lead acts as a strategic business partner to Finance, Procurement, Operations, and Executive Leadership teams to support the achievement of Brink's France's business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the consolidation of Brink's France financial results and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes
• Ensure the quality, reliability, consistency, and timeliness of consolidated financial data
• Lead the Forecast and Budget cycles for Brink's France, Regional cost centers, and Procurement
• Challenge business assumptions, anticipate risks and opportunities, and propose action plans
• Monitor Free Cash Flow, DSO, inventory, and supplier performance

Procurement Performance

• Support procurement savings initiatives and ensure appropriate financial recognition
• Oversee spend analysis, CAPEX/OPEX tracking, and procurement accrual management
• Partner with Procurement teams on savings pipelines, business cases, and productivity initiatives
• Lead the modernization of FP&A reporting across France
• Automate recurring reporting processes using tools such as Power BI, ServiceNow, scripts, and data connectors
• Reduce monthly reporting production time by at least 10%
• Standardize processes and develop a lean, forward-looking FP&A operating model
• Map existing reporting and eliminate more than 15% of low-value reporting deliverables

Executive Business Partnering

• Support the Executive Committee (COMEX) and Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in decision-making
• Prepare executive reporting packages, including Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, and strategic planning presentations
• Enhance the quality of financial storytelling by providing meaningful insights, risk assessments, and market trend analysis
• Lead strategic ad hoc analyses and business case development

Governance & Cross-Functional Support

• Act as the key liaison between Brink's France, Business Units, and Corporate Finance
• Contribute to optimization, standardization, and productivity improvement initiatives across France
• Establish robust FP&A data governance and process governance frameworks

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead and develop the FP&A team
• Strengthen capabilities in executive communication, financial storytelling, business intelligence tools, and critical analysis
• Create a culture of discipline, anticipation, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Ability to build strong relationships across Finance and other business functions.
• Adaptability and flexibility to work across multiple business lines, stakeholders, and evolving priorities
• Strong expertise in FP&A, management control, and performance management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and BI/ERP systems (Oracle/Hyperion)
• Strong leadership and influencing skills at executive level
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven change management and complex project management capabilities
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, is required for this position

Profile

• Master's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field
• 8-12 years of experience in FP&A, Management Control, or Commercial Finance
• Experience working in a multinational and matrix organization
• Strong focus on results, business impact, and continuous improvement
