Excelya is seeking a Finance professional passionate about business partnership and financial automation to transform FP&A into a highly efficient, value-added function. You will join a dynamic team in Finance within the clinical research space, contributing to monthly reporting, forecasting, and strategic analysis.

You will collaborate with operations and directors, develop analytical structures, and support the deployment of advanced financial tooling as Excelya evolves its FP&A capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree level required.
• Experience with FP&A tasks.
• Comfort with P&L, KPIs and cash flow items.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Automate.
• Interest in developing finance tools.

Responsabilités

• Monthly reporting.
• Run budgeting and forecasting (RF1, RF2 & RF3).
• Support for Business Plan and Bank Reports.
• Enhance reporting and analytics.
• Participate in EPM implementation and tooling projects.
• Collaborate with Operations & Directors.
