Excelya, a dynamic bio/pharma finance group, seeks a Finance professional passionate about business partnership and automation to transform FP&A into a high-value function. You will join a France-based team collaborating with controllers, CFOs and ops leaders to drive forecasting and reporting.

Responsibilities include consolidating data across countries, building KPI dashboards, and supporting the pivot from Excel to EPM with analytics and tooling enhancements. Fluent EN/FR beneficial.

Qualifications

• Experience in FP&A tasks and financial tooling development.
• Comfortable with P&L, KPIs and cash flow items.
• Excellent interpersonal and cross-country collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Automate; eager to automate processes.
• Interest in developing finance tools and data structuring across countries.

Responsabilités

• Monthly reporting and forecasting for multiple countries.
• Consolidate data and monitor variances vs plan (budget and reforecasts).
• Support strategic planning with ad-hoc financial analyses.
• Enhance reporting and participate in Analytics and EPM implementation.
• Partner with Operations and Directors to drive FP&A value.

We are looking for a Finance professional passionate about Business partnership , and financial automation, willing to help transform FP&A into a highly efficient and value-added function.

Main Responsibilities

FP&A’s responsibilities are as follows:

• Monthly reporting
• Run future financial projections: budgeting and forecasting (RF1, RF2 & RF3)
• Ad-doc report financial support for the strategic plan: Business Plan, Bank Reports
• Enhancement of reporting
• Promote and participate in the Analytics building as well as the EPM implementation
• Close partnership with Operations & Directors

Following an internal mobility, Excelya recruits a FP&A analyst.

She/ He shall embrace Excelya Values (Audacity/ Care & Energy) and make them alive in the daily life of the FP&A department.The FP&A analyst reports to the Group FP&A Director and liaise with business controllers, CFO, Financial Director and Operation leaders.

Your responsibilities will be as follows:

Financial forecasting

• Consolidate data from countries
• Follow and control any discrepancies vs plan (budget, reforecasts)

Closing and monthly performance

• Consolidate data from countries and build the current tool to drive the P&L results
• Analyze discrepancies vs budget/reforecast and provide value-added explanations on activity and performances
• Provide data and KPIs to your perimeter

Projects

• Participate in the ongoing implementation of a financial tooling’s => pivoting from Excel to EPM
• Enhance and develop analytical structures in our financial systems

This list is non exhaustive and can be adapted in anear future according to the competences of the candidate.

Experience

• Degree level
• Already achieved FP&A tasks
• Comfortable with P&L, Kpis and cash flow items
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel as well as Power automate
• Interest in development of finance tools is a strong element
• Comfortable with manipulating data with various dimensions (budgets and actuals scenario, countries, business lines, nature of P&L…)
• One experience using an EPM tool
• Demonstrates genuine curiosity toward business operations, financial systems and process optimization
• Experience in professional service: IT, Consulting, CROs (is a plus)
