Swan is seeking an experienced FP&A leader to orchestrate our financial planning cycle and translate transactional and regulatory dynamics into actionable strategy. You will run a high-performing FP&A function that serves as a co-pilot to Swan's leadership.

You will lead budgeting, forecasts, and long-range planning across all business lines, mentor the team, drive business partnering with the executive team, and modernize finance systems with automated data flows and robust reporting.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of FP&A experience in a fast-scaling tech startup, B2B SaaS, or FinTech/Banking ecosystem.
• Established people manager with ability to delegate, run effective 1:1s, and coach a team toward high execution standards.
• Strong data literacy with advanced financial modeling and experience implementing or optimizing modern finance stacks (ERP, EPM tools, BI).

Responsabilités

• Lead and structure annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-range planning across all business lines.
• Manage and mentor the FP&A team with clear ownership and delivery standards.
• Drive business partnering by collaborating with the leadership team to challenge performance and guide decisions.
• Own the corporate reporting architecture, producing monthly performance packages, board materials, and investor KPI dashboards.
• Modernize finance operations with automated data flows and analytical tools to reduce manual tasks.
• Monitor unit economics and risks by analyzing margins behind transactional flows.
