Camino Search is partnering with a high-growth SaaS business to hire an FP&A Lead. This pivotal role collaborates with senior leadership to drive financial planning, insight, and scalable reporting across the business.

You will own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, build and improve models, deliver actionable insights to the exec team, and partner with Sales, Marketing and Product on performance and investment decisions in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• Proven FP&A experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
• Experience with SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, churn, unit economics).
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
