CEVA Logistics is seeking an FP&A Specialist to support the Global Financial Planning & Analysis team, delivering accurate financial planning, reporting, and performance analysis across the organization. You will ensure the reliability and quality of financial information, supporting management decision‑making through insightful analysis, robust reporting, and effective planning processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Solid exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across Finance and business functions.
Fluent in both English and French.

Responsabilités

Financial Closing & Control: Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities by validating financial data and ensuring reporting accuracy.
Reporting & Performance Analysis: Prepare recurring financial reports, dashboards, and management presentations; analyze actual performance against Budget, Forecast, and Prior Year results.
Financial Planning & Forecasting: Support the preparation and consolidation of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans; ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Management Fees Process Ownership: Manage end-to-end process including budget calculation, booking, actuals control, and KPI reporting.
Process Improvement & Transformation: Support finance tool implementations and finance transformation initiatives; document processes and promote best practices across FP&A.
