Rehlko is seeking an experienced FP&A Manager for the EMEA region to lead forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and performance analysis. You will partner with senior leaders, drive financial planning cycles, and coordinate with Corporate FP&A to support strategic decisions.

The role requires ~10 years in FP&A or related fields, advanced Excel, and experience with OneStream and Power BI. You will influence resource allocation and profitability, contributing to regional growth and transformation of

Qualifications

Approximately 10 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or finance business partnering.
Strong capabilities in financial analysis, planning, and modeling.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence diverse audiences.

Responsabilités

Lead the EMEA forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning cycles.
Serve as the primary interface with Corporate FP&A and coordinate planning across entities.
Deliver performance analyses, financial models, and strategic recommendations for management.
