Roche France is seeking a Finance Enterprise Partner Lead to oversee end-to-end pricing and financial health for the business and customers. The role leads a mid-sized team and reports to the Finance Manager, with exposure to the affiliate leadership team.

You will influence strategic pricing, profitability insights for tenders, and drive DIA planning processes in collaboration with FM, GM, and BA colleagues to ensure accurate data and strong partnerships across the DIA Finance community.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of DIA business model.
• Interest in people leadership and development.
• Excellent financial and analytical skills with experience in financial planning and tender pricing.

Responsabilités

• Support and influence decision-making with strategic pricing and profitability insights for tender responses.
• Review current processes (e.g., deal structure, margin targets, deal approval matrix) and propose simplifications.
• Lead DIA planning processes (T0, T3) with internal stakeholders.
• Drive engagement within the team and with subregion/cluster.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with internal colleagues across the affiliate and DIA Finance community.
