Roche invites a seasoned Lead Controls & Finance Enablement to partner with local commercial and finance teams in Meylan. You will lead the Finance Excellence Partners and autonomously oversee Sapin II controls while coaching stakeholders to ensure robust finance processes.

You will also act as the core finance advisor to the local organization, drive efficiency improvements, and coordinate statutory closing and management reporting with regional leaders.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in Finance Business Partnering, Accounting, or Audit.
• Experience with SAP FI-CO modules and internal controls.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Finance Excellence Partners team and coach them to become trusted business partners.
• Oversee and maintain the Sapin 2 controls framework and ensure compliance.
• Act as the core finance advisor to the local commercial organization.
• Identify and implement operational efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate statutory closing and management reporting with stakeholders.
