Roche is seeking a Finance Excellence Partner to collaborate with Commercial Finance teams across Diagnostics and beyond, driving simplification, standardization, and automation of finance processes. You will leverage AI and analytics, own key reporting, and partner with local and regional teams to improve efficiency and decision making.

This role requires strong financial process knowledge, stakeholder influence, and a growth mindset, with fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Experience in international finance environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Act as liaison across Roche's global finance network for major finance processes.
• Lead automation and digitalization initiatives in finance using AI and analytics tools.
• Own reporting solutions (sales, P&L, headcount, balance sheet) and provide insights to local affiliates.
• Drive continuous improvement through standardized processes and tools to boost efficiency.
