Roche is seeking a Finance Excellence Partner to join our global finance network. You will collaborate across Diagnostics and local affiliates to streamline finance operations, drive automation, and use insights for better decision making.

In this role you will own reporting solutions (sales, P&L, headcount, balance sheet), push digitalization, and partner with local and international teams to transform how we work while upholding Roche operating principles. English and French fluency required.

• Experience in complex international finance environments.
• Strong understanding of key financial processes and accounting.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive transformation.
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and growth mindset.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsabilités

• Liaise with global Roche finance network on month end closing, budgeting, forecasting and performance tracking.
• Drive digitalization and automation using AI and new tools in finance.
• Own reporting solutions (sales, P&L, headcount, balance sheet) and provide insights to local commercial affiliates.
• Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and promote standardized processes.
• Collaborate with finance partners to improve customer experience and business impact across the journey.
• Support adoption of new ways of working and cultivate an agile culture.
