Alma is seeking a Strategic Finance Analyst to own business-model numbers, build robust financial models, and drive performance reviews. You will partner with commercial, product and operations teams to translate analyses into clear recommendations for decisions across European markets.

Ideal candidates bring around 3 years in strategic finance, strong data and P&L understanding, and a passion for AI-enabled workflows. The role offers growth within a Next40 scale-up and cross-country exposure.

Formación

• Around 3 years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, transaction services, audit, consulting, investment banking or similar analytical role.
• Strong fundamentals: build models from raw data, explain numbers, and understand P&L and unit economics.
• High interest in AI and ability to use AI to automate parts of work.
• Take ownership: own topics end-to-end, make assumptions, and present a view with checks.

Responsabilidades

• Own the numbers of your scope by building and maintaining models behind the business plan and feeding monthly reviews and Board materials.
• Run end-to-end finance processes such as pricing reviews, merchant performance reviews, cost and margin analysis, and country reviews.
• Collaborate daily with commercial, product and operations teams to turn analyses into clear recommendations for decision-making.
• Prototype AI-assisted workflows and push for improvements to how finance works with AI.
