Job summary

AIRBUS SAS in Toulouse, France, seeks an Executive Reward Specialist (m/f/d) to join the Group HR Department - Executive Reward. You will combine labor law expertise with executive compensation management for Band III+ executives and ensure compliance across the executive lifecycle.

Key tasks include drafting contracts, managing international mobility, and driving HR digitalization projects, with strong collaboration across HR stakeholders and external counsels.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in French labor law, either as a practicing lawyer or in-house HR/legal specialist handling executive matters.
• Master's degree in French Labor Law / Droit Social; CAPA a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Draft and issue Executive employment contracts, side letters, and contractual remuneration proposals for external hires, internal promotions, and international mobility.
• Manage end-to-end Executive offboarding by computing complex departure packages and drafting legal separation agreements.
• Maintain and update contractual templates and documentation in accordance with evolving French and international employment legislation.
• Advise internal HR stakeholders and conduct targeted legal research on employment law developments.
• Drive continuous improvement and HR digitalization projects to optimize Executive administrative and legal operations.
