Job summary

Airbus SAS in Toulouse, France, is seeking a Senior Competition Law Counsel to join the Competition Law team. The role will advise on EU/US competition matters, support M&A initiatives, and coordinate with authorities to shape the group position.

You will also lead training, manage investigations, and collaborate with cross-functional business and legal teams to drive compliant, value-added outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience in EU/US competition law.
• Fluent English; autonomous, responsive and creative.
• Ability to provide strategic insight and value-added orientation.
• Excellent communication and writing skills; team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist business and legal teams on competition law questions.
• Support M&A and strategy in contemplated opportunities.
• Monitor third-party M&A filings and liaise with competition authorities.
• Assess EU Foreign Subsidy Regulation implications for transactions.
• Manage competition investigations and pre-litigation matters.
• Provide competition law training to employees.
