Job summary

Airbus SAS in Toulouse, France, seeks an Executive Reward Specialist (m/f/d) to join the Group HR Department - Executive Reward. You will combine labour law expertise with compensation management for Executives (Band III+), ensuring compliance and alignment with reward policies.

Key responsibilities include drafting contracts, managing offboarding, updating templates, advising HR stakeholders, and driving HR digitalization projects to optimize executive operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in French labor law, as a lawyer or in-house HR/legal role handling executive matters.
• Master’s degree in French Labor Law; CAPA/Bar exam is a strong plus.
• Fluency in English and French; German is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Draft and issue Executive employment contracts, side letters, and remuneration proposals for external hires, internal promotions, and international mobility.
• Manage end-to-end Executive offboarding by computing complex departure packages and drafting separation agreements.
• Maintain and update contractual templates and documentation in accordance with evolving French and international employment legislation.
• Advise internal HR stakeholders (HRBPs, Payroll, International Mobility, Pensions & Benefits) and conduct targeted legal research on employment law developments.
• Drive continuous improvement and HR digitalization projects to optimize Executive administrative and legal operations.
