Airbus SAS in Toulouse seeks an Executive Reward Specialist (m/f/d) to join the Group HR Department. You will combine labor law expertise with executive compensation management for Executives (Band III+), ensuring legal compliance throughout onboarding to offboarding.

Based in Toulouse, you will advise HR stakeholders and drive digitalization projects to optimize administrative and legal processes while supporting employee reward strategies and mobility.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in French Labor Law, either as a lawyer or in-house HR/legal specialist handling executive matters.
• Master's degree in French Labor Law / Droit Social is required or highly preferred.
• Fluent English and French mandatory; German is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Draft and issue Executive employment contracts, side letters, and remuneration proposals for external hires and promotions.
• Manage end-to-end Executive offboarding, including complex departure packages and severance agreements.
• Maintain and update templates and documentation compliant with French and international labor law.
• Advise HR stakeholders on employment law developments and research regulatory changes.
• Drive HR digitalization projects to optimize executive administrative and legal operations.
