Airbus SAS in Toulouse is seeking a Senior Competition Law Counsel to join the Competition Law team. You will advise on competition law matters affecting Airbus and its divisions worldwide, and support M&A and strategic initiatives.

The role requires at least 6 years of EU/US competition law experience, fluent English, and the ability to provide strategic insights, build internal relationships, and train staff. Airbus offers competitive rewards, health coverage and development opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in EU/US competition law.
Fluent English and strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to provide strategic insight and value-added orientation.
Organised, proactive and team-oriented.

Responsabilités

Advise Airbus businesses on competition law matters across divisions worldwide.
Assist M&A and strategy teams regarding contemplated opportunities.
Monitor and respond to competition authorities; liaise with authorities as needed.
Assess state aid implications for programs and bids; liaise with state stakeholders.
Lead investigations and provide competition law training for staff.
