Job summary

Unit4 in Paris, France seeks a Solution Consultant to partner with the New Business Team in France. You will help organizations transform through modern enterprise software, guiding discovery, design, and tailored demonstrations that connect business challenges to value-based outcomes.

You will work with Sales, Customer Success and Product to shape opportunities and drive thought leadership while staying current on industry trends and competitive positioning.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Accounting, Controlling Consulting, Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, or similar roles where you have worked closely with business processes, systems and stakeholders.
• Experience delivering solution demonstrations, workshops and presentations that connect business challenges to measurable outcomes and customer value.
• Fluent French and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead Business Discovery with executive and operational stakeholders to understand priorities, challenges and transformation objectives.
• Translate customer requirements into compelling solution strategies and align product capabilities with measurable outcomes.
• Design and deliver tailored demonstrations that tell a compelling business story and address customer priorities.
• Partner with Sales to influence opportunity strategy, qualification and competitive positioning.
• Stay current on industry trends and share knowledge through presentations and events.
• Contribute to RFPs, RFIs and business cases and assist buyers through complex decision processes.
