Databricks in Paris is seeking a strategic Enterprise Account Executive to drive adoption and expansion of the Data Intelligence Platform among large French enterprises. You will sell innovation and value to existing customers, identify new use cases, grow consumption, and guide deals forward with a deep product understanding.

You will report to the Director, Enterprise Sales, France, and co-develop business plans with partners to accelerate customer success, lead teams, and implement data/AI

Qualifications

• Extensive experience selling complex solutions to Enterprise Customers.
• Experience leading complex, federated sales campaigns in major accounts.
• Background in Data or Cloud industries with technical sales exposure.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth enterprise software.
• Experience driving consumption and commit-based engagement models with services training teams.
• Experience co-selling with Cloud vendors (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and GSIs.

Responsabilités

• Co-develop a business plan with team and ecosystem partners to accelerate consumption and bookings.
• Lead teams, customers and partners to identify impactful data/AI use cases and prove value.
• Execute data and AI transformation goals via partnerships, services, training, and executive engagement.
• Build understanding of product details and roadmap to earn trust from executives and champions.
