Job summary

DiliTrust is seeking a Delivery Manager to bridge customers, engineering and product in a fast-growing Legal Tech SaaS environment. You will play a pivotal role shaping integration projects with strategic customers and guiding internal delivery to ensure commitments are met.

In this position you will work with the Head of Engineering and Engineering Managers to align roadmaps, manage risks, and drive successful outcomes across multiple teams and geographies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in project management, delivery management or technical project management in B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience running customer-facing integration projects with large enterprise accounts
• Solid understanding of APIs and integrations and related concepts
• Hands-on experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and Jira/Confluence
• Fluent French and English, written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Partner with Customers: act as the delivery contact for strategic customers integrating DiliTrust into their systems.
• Guide API Adoption: help customers' IT and architecture teams design and roll out their integration with our APIs.
• Assess Fit and Capture Needs: identify gaps and new needs, translate to clear inputs for Product.
• Drive Execution Internally: plan and coordinate internal work, manage risks and escalations.
• Keep Everyone Aligned: run steering meetings and share progress updates with stakeholders.
• Delivery support across teams: support Engineering Managers to steer projects and keep commitments on track
• Track Delivery: maintain a consolidated view of progress across teams for proactive management

The role

DiliTrust is becoming a cornerstone of the architecture of many of its customers. As a result, integrations with our platform are increasingly part of their day-to-day operations, and they need to be properly supported. At the same time, our engineering organization keeps growing, with more teams, more projects and more commitments to deliver.

As Delivery Manager, reporting to the Head of Engineering, you will sit at the crossroads of our customers, Engineering and Product. Your role has two equally important sides: guiding strategic customers as they integrate DiliTrust into their systems, and making sure our teams deliver what we commit to, on time. You will not manage the teams directly. You will be the person who brings clarity, structure and momentum, supporting the Head of Engineering and the Engineering Managers who lead our projects.

This is a highly visible role with real impact: you will work with some of the largest companies in Europe and beyond, help a fast-growing SaaS engineering organization deliver on its commitments, and help turn DiliTrust into a true platform for its customers.

Missions :

Customer integration projects

• Partner with Customers: Act as the delivery contact for strategic customers integrating DiliTrust into their systems, working hand in hand with the Customer Success and Sales teams who own the overall relationship

• Guide API Adoption: Help customers' IT and architecture teams design and roll out their integration with our APIs, from scoping to go-live

• Assess Fit and Capture Needs: Check that our solutions meet customer requirements, identify gaps and new needs, and turn them into clear, prioritized inputs for Product

• Drive Execution Internally: Plan, coordinate and follow the internal work these projects require, managing risks, dependencies and escalations

• Keep Everyone Aligned: Run steering meetings with customers and share clear progress updates with internal stakeholders

Delivery support across teams

• Support Engineering Managers: Work alongside Engineering Managers to help them steer their projects, anticipate risks and keep commitments on track

• Track Delivery: Maintain a consolidated view of project progress across teams, so that Engineering Managers and the Head of Engineering can act early when deadlines are at stake

• Provide Useful Visibility: Set up and share simple delivery indicators that help teams in their daily work rather than adding overhead

• Suggest Improvements: Propose practical improvements to project methods and rituals, in agreement with Engineering Managers and building on what already works

• Connect Product and Engineering: Help ease scoping, prioritization, dependency management and release preparation between both teams

Requirements

Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in project management, delivery management or technical project management, ideally in a B2B SaaS company

• Proven experience running customer-facing integration projects with large enterprise accounts

• Solid understanding of APIs and integrations (REST APIs, webhooks, data flows, authentication such as OAuth or SSO), enough to hold a credible conversation with a customer's architects and developers

• Hands-on experience with agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira and Confluence

• Fluent French and English, written and spoken
