DayOne in Malaysia seeks a senior Delivery Lead for end-to-end data center projects, from construction to live operation. You will own client relationships, coordinate virtual teams, and ensure service quality against SLAs.

You will collaborate with Sales, Design, Construction, and ITIL-aligned operations to deliver on time and within budget, while driving continuous improvement and risk mitigation in a fast-growing hyperscale environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data center, MEP, or construction with delivery and client management.
• Strong data center infrastructure, ITIL, SLA management.
• Experience managing complex multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for client engagement.

• Act as primary contact for customers across project delivery and service operations.
• Lead virtual delivery teams through the full data center construction lifecycle.
• Ensure SLA performance and continuous improvement in live operations.
