DayOne is seeking a seasoned Project Delivery Lead to oversee the full lifecycle of data center construction and customization projects across multiple markets. You will coordinate virtual delivery teams and collaborate with Sales, Presales, Design, Construction and Testing to ensure on-time delivery and live SLA performance.

This senior role requires strong stakeholder management, ITIL and SLA expertise, and fluency in Mandarin and English to engage DayOne’s global client base.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in data center industry, MEP/ construction with direct project delivery exposure.
• Solid understanding of data center infrastructure, ITIL, and SLA management.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects end-to-end.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English for client engagement.

Responsabilités

• Act as primary contact for customers across project delivery and service ops.
• Lead data center construction and customization projects end-to-end with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate resources to ensure on-time delivery and client acceptance.
• Drive service quality, SLA performance, and continuous improvement.
