Global Switch is hiring a Project Manager to lead data centre development and fit-out projects, ensuring safe, compliant delivery on time and to budget. You will coordinate internal teams and external consultants, manage risk and change, and drive operational readiness across multiple projects.

The role emphasizes strong governance, commercial oversight, and a customer-focused, continuous-improvement mindset to support Global Switch's growth and excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex construction and fit-out projects in regulated environments.
• Strong grasp of safety, compliance and project governance.
• Ability to manage contractors, coordinate internal teams and maintain schedule, risk and cost control.

Responsabilités

• Lead onsite safety procedures to ensure compliance with standards.
• Manage safety through all project phases (construction, design, handover).
• Coordinate with M&E consultants and power authorities for correct design and implementation of electricity supply.
• Monitor development and manage change control requests and variations.
• Oversee internal fit-outs and project close-out to ensure readiness.
• Collaborate with Construction Manager, Engineering Directors, Operations Managers, etc.
• Coordinate multiple external consultants and ensure timely outputs.
• Prepare comprehensive meeting documentation with minutes and action trackers.
• Assist in development of project briefs and consultant selection processes.
