CloudHQ, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead the pre-construction phase of hyperscale data centre projects across the EMEA region. You will drive site identification, due diligence, planning development, and contractor procurement to ensure projects are fully defined and de-risked before construction.

The role requires coordinating internal teams and external stakeholders, managing budgets and schedules, and translating complex requirements into executable development strategies.

Qualifications

• A degree is preferred but not essential. Industry-recognised project management qualifications desirable, but the core requirement is substantial, demonstrable experience delivering complex projects.

Responsabilités

• Establish project leadership and partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead governance, reporting and approvals processes.
• Communicate project status and risks, escalating to executives as needed.
• Lead projects from feasibility through construction readiness.
• Define and manage scope, budget, programme, and development strategy.
• Coordinate due diligence and ensure alignment with project business cases.
• Develop basis of design with technical teams and manage multidisciplinary consultants.
• Develop development budgets and ensure cashflow alignment.
• Coordinate internal and external resources and drive results in change management and procurement.
• Identify risks and establish mitigation measures; report to senior leadership.
• Ensure robust project programmes for lease negotiations with hyperscale tenants.
• Promote safe working environment and ensure compliance with EHS regulations.
