Jobtailor is seeking a seasoned communications and content professional to lead corporate content initiatives in a hybrid work environment. You will craft and distribute high-impact materials across social channels, newsletters, and institutional communications while aligning with brand tone and editorial guidelines.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, strategy, sales and HR to surface relevant topics, grow professional communities, and report on content performance to drive engagement

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years in corporate communications or content marketing.
• Excellent writing skills with a clear, structured style.
• Ability to simplify finance, regulation and tech topics.
• Strong understanding of LinkedIn and B2B digital formats.
• Content-minded: value-driven, educational and concrete.
• Ability to manage multiple topics with rigor and autonomy.
• Strong synthesis skills and business insight.
• Interest in fintech and digital transformation of micro-enterprises.

Responsabilités

• Deploy the editorial calendar across social media, newsletters, and materials.
• Produce accessible, educational content across formats: posts, articles, etc.
• Adapt and translate communications into clear, engaging content.
• Contribute to editorial guidelines and tone consistency.
• Coordinate internal or external contributors as needed.
• Monitor content performance and propose optimizations.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, strategy, sales, partnerships and HR.
• Animate target professional communities via digital channels.
• Identify topics/formats to drive engagement and value.
